Point your .cr domain to CR Servers (nameservers or DNS records)
Connect a NIC-registered .cr domain to CR Servers hosting, email, or VPS using nameservers or A/CNAME records.
If you registered at dominios.cr, you can point the domain to CR Servers in two common ways.
Option A — Nameservers (recommended for shared hosting)
In your NIC / dominios.cr account, set the domain nameservers to:
ns1.crservers.netns2.crservers.netns3.crservers.net
Use at least two; all three are supported. DNS propagation may take up to 24–48 hours.
After nameservers propagate, manage DNS records (A, CNAME, MX) from your CR Servers control panel (hosting control panel) or ask support if you use VPS with custom DNS.
Option B — Keep NIC DNS; add A / CNAME records
If you must keep NIC-hosted DNS, create records pointing to the IP or hostname we provide for your hosting or VPS plan. MX records for email must match your hosting plan documentation.
