Add your CR Servers email in Outlook

Use IMAP with SSL. Replace YOURDOMAIN.com with your domain.

Common settings

• Email / username: you@YOURDOMAIN.com
• Password: mailbox password
• Incoming: mail.YOURDOMAIN.com, port 993, SSL/TLS
• Outgoing SMTP: mail.YOURDOMAIN.com, port 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS)
• Require authentication for SMTP (same username/password)

Windows (Microsoft Outlook)

1. File → Add Account.
2. Enter your address; choose Manual setup / IMAP if prompted.
3. Enter the servers and ports above.
4. Test account settings, then finish.

Mac (Outlook for Mac)

1. Tools → Accounts → + → New Account.
2. Enter email and password; choose IMAP if automatic setup fails.
3. Set incoming/outgoing servers and SSL ports as above.

Mobile (Outlook app)

1. Add account → Email account.
2. Enter address and password.
3. If setup fails, choose advanced / IMAP and enter servers manually.
