Frequently asked questions
One yearly charge of $89 + VAT with .com: domain, Base web hosting (one domain, 20 GB, 600 GB transfer, free SSL), and 50 mailboxes. Other extensions (.net, .org, .online, etc.): the same package plus only the price difference vs .com.
Enter the domain name you need (new or one you already own) and Search. If it’s available, continue with the package. If it’s already registered, choose transfer or DNS-only.
Transfer it with the package, or leave it where it is and point DNS to us. Transfer uses the same rule as a new domain: $89/yr + VAT covers a standard .com transfer; other extensions pay only the catalog difference vs .com transfer. If the domain stays elsewhere, you keep renewing it there and still pay $89/yr + VAT for hosting and email.
Yes. Included help covers a standard move of files and mailboxes (DNS and basic mailbox setup) within an agreed scope. Larger, custom, or multi-domain migrations may need a separate quote — our San José team will say so before work starts.
Register .cr at dominios.cr (you remain the titular with NIC). Digital Presence provides hosting, email, and DNS setup. NIC fees are separate from the $89 package.
