How to open a support ticket
Open a client-area ticket so CR Servers can help with hosting, billing, DNS, or account questions with full context.
Tickets are the fastest path for technical and billing help. They keep a clear history and let our engineers see which services are on your account.
Open a support ticket
- Log in at clients.crservers.com.
- In the sidebar, click Support Tickets (the ticket icon). The page asks How can we help?
- Click Open a ticket (or go directly to the new ticket form).
- Choose the Department: Support for technical help, Accounting for invoices and payments, Sales for new services.
- Choose a Priority, write a clear Subject, and describe in Message what happened and what you already tried.
- Attach screenshots or files if they help (JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF, DOC, DOCX or ZIP), and click Submit.
We will never ask for your password in a ticket. If you must send access details, tick This message contain sensitive data, encrypt its contents.
Your tickets, on the same page, lists your tickets. Filter by Open or Awaiting your reply to see the ones that need you.
Urgent? Call or write on WhatsApp
If your site, email or server is down, don't wait for a ticket: call +506 2256-3944 or write on WhatsApp +506 6059-2405. The Urgent card on the Support Tickets page has both. See how support works.
While you type, the portal may suggest related help articles. Read those first if they match — many DNS, email, and payment questions are answered there.
Tips for faster resolution
- Include the domain name and service (shared hosting, VPS, dedicated, colocation).
- Note when the issue started and whether it affects production.
- For email problems, say which client (Outlook, webmail, phone) and IMAP/POP settings you used.
