Open webmail for your mailbox
Open webmail from the hosting control panel or the bookmark URL it shows, and log in with the full email address and mailbox password.
Webmail is the browser inbox for a mailbox you already created. It is not a separate product — you log in with the same address and password you use in IMAP.
Create the mailbox first: email accounts. An alias has no webmail login.
Open webmail
- Open the hosting control panel from the client area.
- Open Email → webmail (or the webmail link next to the mailbox).
- Or bookmark the webmail URL the panel shows (often
https://your-domain/webmailor a host the panel lists). - Log in with the full email address and the mailbox password — not your client-area password.
If login fails, reset the mailbox password in the panel, then try again.
When to use webmail vs an IMAP client

Mail you read in webmail is the same mailbox IMAP sees. Do not create a second mailbox just to “get webmail.”
Open a ticket if the webmail URL the panel shows does not load — include the address and the URL you tried.
