Access the client area and hosting control panel

CR Servers separates billing / support from day-to-day hosting tasks.

Client area

Open clients.crservers.com.
Sign in with the email and password from your welcome message (or social login if you registered that way).
From here you manage invoices, services, domains registered with us, and support tickets.

Shared hosting uses a separate hosting control panel for websites, email accounts, DNS, databases, and backups.

In the client area, open Services → your hosting product.
Use the control panel / login link on the service page.
Panel credentials are emailed after payment is confirmed and the plan is activated. Activation is usually quick; bank deposits can take longer to clear.

VPS and dedicated servers use SSH (and a console when provided) instead of the shared hosting panel — see SSH access for VPS.
