Add secondary and pointer domains
Add another domain on this hosting plan as a secondary site with its own document root, or as a pointer that shares an existing site.
Use these when you already have a registered domain and want it on this hosting plan. A subdomain (blog.example.com) is a hostname under a domain that is already here — not a second registration.

DNS for the new name must point at our nameservers or the A records we give you. See point a domain to CR Servers. You can preview before the live name moves.
Add a secondary domain
- Open the hosting control panel from the client area.
- Open Domains → secondary / addon domains.
- Enter the domain (
other-brand.com). - Confirm its document root — a folder for that site, not the primary site’s files.
- Save. Upload that site into its document root.
Add a pointer domain
- In the same Domains area, open pointer / parked domains.
- Enter the domain that should show an existing site on this plan.
- Choose the target site the panel lists.
- Save. There is no second document root to fill.
Remove a domain
Delete the secondary or pointer from the same lists when you no longer want that name on this plan. Removing a pointer does not delete the target site. Removing a secondary does not delete the primary domain — copy files out of that document root first if you still need them.
Open a ticket if the domain stays at the registrar’s parking page — include the name, whether it is secondary or pointer, and the current nameservers.
