View hosting statistics
Open traffic and usage statistics in the hosting control panel to see visits, bandwidth, and disk — not a substitute for an analytics tag on the site.
Statistics in the hosting control panel show server-side traffic and usage for this account: visits, bandwidth, and disk. They are not the same as a browser analytics tag you add to the site.
Open statistics
- Open the hosting control panel from the client area.
- Open Statistics / logs (or the usage graphs the panel lists).
- Pick the domain or the date range the panel offers.
Use this to see whether a launch or a crawl is hitting the account. For marketing funnels, add your own analytics on the site files via the file manager or FTP.
Numbers can lag a few hours. A quiet day in the panel does not always mean the public site is down — load the homepage to confirm.
Open a ticket if statistics never load — include the domain and the date range you tried.
