View Hosting Statistics and Recent Visitors
See visits, bandwidth and recent visitors for your domains in the web hosting control panel with AWStats, bandwidth history and real-time graphs.
The web hosting control panel builds traffic statistics from the server's own logs: visits, pages, bandwidth, and where visitors come from. They count every request, including bots, so the numbers won't match a browser analytics tag such as Google Analytics. Use both: panel statistics for load and bandwidth, analytics for marketing.
Open statistics
- Open the hosting control panel from the client area.
- In the side menu, open Statistics and pick a report:

| Analog | A simpler summary of the same logs. |
| Bandwidth History | Data transferred over web and FTP for each domain, by day and month. Useful when you're near your plan's transfer limit. |
| Realtime | Live bandwidth graphs while traffic is happening. |
- Choose the domain and, where offered, the month.
AWStats and Analog update about once a day, so today's traffic may not show yet. A quiet day in the panel doesn't always mean the site is down; load the homepage to confirm.
See the most recent visitors
To see who visited in the last few minutes, for example right after a launch or when a page is being hammered:
- Open Administration → Recent Visitors.
- Choose the domain and click Login.
- The last 20 visits are listed with IP, time, and page. Use Number of visitors to see more.
Reading the numbers
- Many visits from one IP or "unknown robot": usually a crawler. Normal in small amounts. If one bot is slowing your site, open a ticket with the IP.
- Bandwidth jumps with no extra visits: often large images or videos, or someone linking to your files from another site.
- For exact errors (500, 403), statistics won't help; use the error log.
For marketing funnels, add your own analytics to the site files with the file manager or FTP.
Open a ticket if statistics never load. Include the domain and the report you tried.
