Create and manage email groups
Create a group address that delivers to several mailboxes, add or remove members, and delete the group when you no longer need it.
An email group is one address on your domain that delivers a copy to several members. It is not a mailbox with its own password. A single destination is an alias. Members should be mailboxes (or addresses you control).
This article is for mail that still uses CR Servers mailboxes. If Google Workspace handles mail, use Google Mail as your mail server instead — do not create panel groups that fight Google’s MX.
Create a group
- Open the hosting control panel from the client area.
- Open Email → groups / lists.
- Enter the local part (
team) and the domain. - Add member addresses. Save.
Mail to team@your-domain lands in each member inbox. Members read it with webmail or IMAP on their mailbox — not on the group name.
Change members or delete
Edit the same list to add or remove members. Delete a group you no longer need so that address stops delivering. Deleting a group does not delete the member mailboxes.
Open a ticket if members never receive the copy — include the group, the members, and when you sent the test.
